Each store is allocated a dedicated Franchise Consultant.

Franchise Consultants provide support and advice on all aspects of running your business as well as store operations.

Formal evaluations are conducted on an ongoing basis to ensure Maxi's Standards of Operations are in place and adhered to.

The Standard of Operations is the measure of store efficiency, and comprises of the following elements: Hygiene, stock control, product quality, staffing structures, labour relations, implementation of best practice models and all other aspects that contribute to the successful day to day running of the outlet.

Franchise Consultants also assist franchisees by compiling business plans for each store based on the best practice models and national averages in order to optimise the profitability of each outlet.

The operations team also assists franchisees with implementation of local store marketing plans to maximise turnover and profitability. Franchise Consultants oversee implementation of national promotions.

Training is also provided on an ongoing basis.
